Refund Policy

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Effective Date: October 6, 2025

At Mercurian Customs, we take pride in every handcrafted piece. Because many of our items are made to order or customized, our policies are designed to ensure fairness and transparency for both parties.

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Custom items (including personalized sizes, colors, and designs) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Non-custom items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resale condition.

To initiate a return, please email mercuriancustoms@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll happily repair, replace, or refund your purchase depending on availability.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving the returned item.

4. Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, work may have already begun and cancellation may not be possible.
