Thank you for supporting Mercurian Customs! Each order is handcrafted with care in Phoenix, Arizona, and we take great pride in delivering your unique piece safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and handle orders.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Each piece is made to order — please allow 5–10 business days for crafting and preparation before shipping.

  • During busy seasons or for complex custom designs, processing times may extend slightly.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it ships, including tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days after dispatch (varies by destination and customs).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs inspections.

3. Carriers & Tracking

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order size.

  • All orders include tracking information once shipped.

  • Tracking details will be sent to your provided email address.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship:

  • Within the United States (all 50 states and territories).

  • Internationally to select countries.
    If your region is not listed at checkout, please email us at mercuriancustoms@gmail.com to confirm shipping options.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees determined by your country’s customs agency.

  • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

  • Buyers are responsible for paying any applicable customs fees upon delivery.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Mercurian Customs is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you notice an error after purchase, contact us within 24 hours at mercuriancustoms@gmail.com to correct it.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Once a package is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

  • If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

  • If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days with photos so we can assist with a replacement or claim.

8. Local Pickup (Optional)

For Phoenix-area customers, local pickup may be available upon request. Contact us to schedule a pickup time before placing your order.

9. Preorders & Custom Requests

Some items may be available for preorder or made-to-order customization. Processing times for these pieces will be clearly noted in the product description.
